Commission Guide - TOS - Pricing
To order art, just inform yourself about the basic prices and copy the information form, add your information and paste it into an Email or FurAffinity. I will get back to you as soon as possible to answer your questions or accept your order. Make sure you fill out every information. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
I will keep the full
right of the arts I produce. I will keep the right to upload
it anywhere, alter and print it as long it was not another
decision while we talked about the commission.
You will have the right to re-upload and print your paid art too, but you have to link back to me and you’re not allowed to remove my sign.
The commissioned art is not for re-selling.
If you want to
commission something, you want to use for profit merchandise
(per example: Book Cover, Book Illustration, T-Shirt Prints
or anything else like that) we can make a special Plan to
make it fair.
The moment you commissioned me and paid, you accept my conditions.
As a general rule, I try to get the commissions done as quickly as possible. Depending on the complexity of the individual orders and depending on how many requests are still open. I place great importance on quality and customer communication so that I can really deliver what you want. I ask you to give me as much information about the job as possible or at least an easy way to contact you. In case of delays or issues that cannot be resolved quickly, I reserve the right to move on to the next commission in the interest of time.
I will not send out Work in Progress (sketches etc) for smaller works like headshots. I will send out WIPs only for more expensive arts. If you want to make sure to get more WIPs, you'll have to pay a little extra for it.
The reason is very simple. Everytime I
send out a WIP, I'll have to wait for a reaction of the
client and losing time by waiting. It disturbs the work flow
and the risk is higher, that I'll have trouble to get back
into the art needed mood.
I request that you not contact me with short-term commissions. Example: You want a picture which must be done in 48 hours! This does not work! I don’t do promises about the art being done due a time limit.
